Abstract : The article is devoted to the scientific activity of the famous Central Asian scientist-encyclopedist Abu Ali ibn Sina, known in Europe as Avicenna. The article provides information about his scientific work “The Book of Knowledge”, analyzes the scientific data of the fourth chapter of this book , devoted to mathematics and geometry, which provides information about spatial geometric bodies. The data from the historical manuscript is proposed to be used in the modern educational process.
