Abstract: Among the many dental diseases, chronic generalized periodontitis (CGP) dominates not only in prevalence, but also in intensity of destructive processes in the dentofacial system. According to the authors, the local use of the drug normalizing the microflora in the complex therapy of periodontitis gives a high positive clinical result and a reduction in treatment time.
