Abstract: One of the most common causes of death for women is breast cancer. Breast cancer is regarded as the most prevalent cancer in women. Breast cancer has overtaken lung cancer as the most common cancer in women diagnosed worldwide, according to data issued by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) in December 2023. Early recognition of this helps in avoiding cancer. Early detection for breast cancer results in an average survival percentage. Data classification techniques based on machine learning are powerful. Especially in the field of medicine, where such methods are frequently utilized in diagnosis and analysis for decision-making. Nowadays, there is an increased need for efficient cancer detection tools due to an alarming increase in cases of cancer globally. The use using machine learning makes this possible. This approach enables early tumor identification, which in return helps in early diagnosis and is crucial for the treatment of cancer patients. Due to the broad increase in cancer rates, breast cancer has become an important health problem in today’s culture. Machine learning (ML) is regarded as the method of choice for classifying cancer patterns due to its distinct benefits in the discovery of essential characteristics from huge amounts of data.
