ABSTRACT: The Z generation is the one who got connected with technology, internet and social media since birth. This is the generation of digital natives. Generation Z is the one with technological shifts in our lifestyle and with media habits spending more time with gadgets and digital games. Currently the scenario has reached a stage of addiction especially with video games. The addiction of video games is defined as being very compulsive and also the uncontrollable usage of the same that causes grave problems that affects our lives. More mental problems are reported by the people who are addicted to video games like, anxiety, depression, feeling of socially alienated and also the problems relating to internet pornography. People who are gamers and are addicted have shown very poor mental health and cognitive abilities, they also face higher emotional challenges relating to anxiousness, depression, anxiety, and societal isolation. PLAYERS UNKNOWN BATTLEGROUND (PUBG), commonly known as BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA (BGMI), is a popular game among gamers with multiplayer mode, well known across the globe. As many studies proved this game as addictive, the current research study is examining the relationship of the game with aggressive behavior among college students. The current study uses a correlation analysis to determine the level of gaming addiction and aggressive behavior associated with higher hours of playtime, taking into account which gender has more previous to aggression. Data was collected from 150 College students between the age of 18 to 21 to form the study sample using the 7-item Game Addiction Scale (GAS) which was developed by Lammens et al in 2009 and Buss-Perry Aggression Questionnaire developed by Arnold.H.Buss and Mark Perry in 1992. Using appropriate statistical analysis, the result was obtained which indicated a higher correlation between PUBG addiction and Aggressive behavior. Hence there is the utmost need either to reduce the addictive nature of the game or implement intervention programs among college students on the mental health impact of such games
